We’re happy to share another update on construction progress at La Bella!
This week, crews are continuing site preparation activities, including treating the soil with lime to improve its stability and preparing the site for upcoming construction. The team is also continuing dust monitoring, soil compaction testing, and general site cleanup. In addition, crews are working to bring the site to its planned rough grade and properly compact the soil.
Looking ahead, surveying will continue throughout the grading process to ensure that site elevations and alignments match the approved project plans. Our team will also begin marking the locations for upcoming excavations as we prepare for the next phase of work.
Upcoming Traffic Notice
At the beginning of this week, neighbors may notice trucks offloading materials near the construction site. Flaggers will be present to help direct traffic and maintain safety during these deliveries. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this work takes place.
